Two groups have gone by the name "Airplanes" within the last decade. Most recently, a project between guitarist Justin Hamilton of Los Angeles, CA and vocalist David Reed of Waco, TX pulled together members Brian Haack (Guitar), Eddy Colloton (Bass), and Phil Garofalo (Drums) to complete the Airplanes debut album "Then Sings My Soul", which was released on iTunes on January 18, 2010.
